What first began as a Facebook conversation five years ago has turned in to a beautiful love story. Their first date was to the movies to see the blockbuster Transformers. After more than 3 years of dating, Gates proposed during one of their family trips to the beach. Meghan is one of my favorite people, ever! Not only is she my close friend, but she and Gates were my very first professional photo session! They had a gorgeous ceremony followed by a reception right out of the Secret Garden at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Rocky Mount.
